ABOUT COURSES
GNM :
Duration : 3 years fulltime classroom and practical.
Eligibility : 12th pass with any stream with more than 40%.
The General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course is a diploma-level nursing program designed to train individuals to become professional nurses and midwives. It is a comprehensive course that combines theoretical knowledge and practical training, preparing students to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health centres.
BSc Nursing :
Duration : 4 years regular classroom and practical.
Eligibility : 12th pass with Physics , Chemistry and Biology with more than 50%.
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) is a four-year undergraduate degree program that prepares students for a professional career in the nursing field. It provides a solid foundation in healthcare and clinical skills, enabling graduates to become registered nurses who can deliver patient care, promote health, and manage medical practices in a variety of healthcare settings.
Post BSc Nursing :
Duration : 2 years course.
Eligibility : GNM pass with recognised board / council.
This is equivalent to BSc Nursing course. Those students who don’t have science stream in 12th, do GNM courses and after GNM they do PBsc nursing to get equivalent degree to BSc Nursing.
MSc Nursing :
Duration : 2 years course.
Eligibility : BSc Nursing pass from recognised nursing council.
An MSC in Nursing (Master of Science in Nursing) is a graduate-level program that provides advanced education and training for registered nurses who want to specialize in various areas of healthcare or take on leadership roles in nursing practice. The program is typically designed for those who already have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a similar nursing qualification.
